Sales Assistant with Budget Responsibility

The role of Sales Assistant involves a lot of personal responsibility and places high demands on our new employee. The team is under construction, which means great development opportunities, but also requires the ability to work both independently and as a project team member.

In the role of Sales Assistant, the pace is high.

You will work with initial sales activities, where you engage your own customers while assisting the CEO/Sales Manager with customer follow-ups, quotes, and contracts. Much of the work is done via phone, email, and online meetings. As a Sales Assistant, you will be a very important person in the organization, which places high demands on your ability to deliver what the customer/organization has ordered/planned. The role is truly a spider in the web role, with working hours adapted to each situation/customer/day.

  1. Market outreach, where you contact various companies/individuals and offer/book information and demonstration meetings. (In this step, you follow an agreed budget level and deliver the right number of customer visits per salesperson per week).
  2. Communication with the Sales Manager/salespeople occurs continuously and is an important part of the work. You are “a part” of HBG, both in the office and remotely.
  3. Ensuring, where you review the meetings/processes/contracts/closures booked for the upcoming week before each week.

We are looking for someone who is representatively driven and very engaged with their customers.

High school education is a requirement, and higher education is an advantage. However, the most important thing is your personal qualities!

The role reports to the Sales Manager/CEO.

In this role, you will work from the office in Osby.
